Note from Rex Hotchkiss Jr: - William's grandparent's were William Penman (19 Apr 1752) and Janet Izet (25 Aug 1751).  They also happen to be my 6th great-grandparents and the 4th great-grandparents of Kenneth Odam, Mary P. Odam's husband. They are also the 4th great-grandparents of Elizabeth Ann Penman Russon whose line is through William's son Robert.
